Dieffenbachia T. Snow

A broad-leaf plant with leaves that can reach up to 30cm. Native to Mexico all the way down to Argentina. One of many variations of this plant. The name comes from the effects of ingesting the plant sap, which can cause a temporary inability to speak.

Bright, indirect sunlight. Well-drained soil. A fast-draining mix should be used so as to keep the roots healthy. Do not let the roots in wet soil. Use a balanced fertilizer.
